For me I’m having a high protein shake meal replacement courtesy of Bariatric Fusion❗️if you’re having trouble reaching your PROTEIN GOALS, this is what helps me. 2 scoops are equivalent to 2️⃣7️⃣g of protein. I used Fairlife Fat- Free milk 1 cup is 1️⃣3️⃣g of protein. My first meal of the day has already put me at 4️⃣0️⃣g of protein❗️
