If you’re going to do a diverse Batman series I rather see The Signal in a modern setting than going to the 40s and race swapping everyone.

The Bat Office has been doing great work these past years, with so many interesting new Bat Family members. If you can’t do a new Batman Beyond: The Signal, a Bludhaven show, Batwing, Red Robin, Azrael hell even Ghost Maker.

It would be neat if this was the movie James Gunn was making since I don’t think they are getting rid of these extra Robin’s in the comics anytime soon and it would be a pretty cool Batman movie.

Manga-ka are usually very private people. Akira Toriyama was so private that he almost always drew himself with some kind of mask on. There aren't very many photographs of him and he rarely did media appearances, but there are hundreds of cartoons of him as a robot wearing a gas mask 😁

Akira Toriyama April 5, 1955-March 1, 2024.

This man meant as much to me as Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, maybe more since I was alive when he started and I was one of the millions of Asian kids he entertained and my dad would bring new issues of SHONEN JUMP for me when he traveled there.

His 1980 Dr Slump series - here are toys of Arale and Gatchan - was revolutionary for mixing sci-fi and toilet humor 😂 . Definitely seek it out. When he crosses over this series with Dragon Ball I was cheering like everyone in the cinemas during Avengers Endgame.

You will be missed Sensei. So many projects were in the works especially this Autumn’s Dragon Ball DAIMA.

We will be celebrating his career here on this account.
