Frozen Scales Productions is founded by two young filmmakers Tyler Rockman-Smith and Stephen Wilson. We are a growing production group setting out to create short films, feature length films and webseries. As a group, we highly value creativity and determination, which are two key ingrediants to making a great film happen. Unfortunately, the film industry is hard to get into as a carrier, on almos

t any level, whether you have gone to school or not. This group is here to encourage talented, driven and even curious individuals to be part of a filming community that will benefit everyone based on their own special skills.
