***SURGERY TOMORROW.***
A year ago my pup, Lucca underwent surgery to remove some mast cell tumors.
Although they have a low likelihood of returning, that doesn't prevent new ones from emerging.
Last night, Facebook Memories reminded me that at this time a year ago, he was recovering from his initial operation.
Well, tomorrow bright and early, Lucca will be having surgery again, as another batch of mast cell tumors have formed.
His preliminary blood work came back with perfect results which is great news.
I'd say with any luck tomorrow will go as well as it did last year, but no luck is needed, as it most certainly will!
Please keep my boy in your thoughts, as he is the closest living creature I have to a child.
He has saved me more times than I can count, and been my travel companion across this country from coast to coast and home again.
I owe him the best I can provide.
