RELEASE ALERT:

Leicester native and DBE resident badman Jake Twell returns to Dolphin Friendly Tunage to deliver a terrific 3 track EP, just in time for the summer. First up is the aptly named 'Chord Machine', which features a hypnotic bubbling lead synth built on top of a frenzy of swirling synths, driving chords and groovy drums. This one is a perfect for the main rooms and is sure to do the business this summer. Next up we have 'Everybody Gets' which is on a deeper tip altogether, the vocals in this swirl and build alongside trippy synths. With an incredibly catchy lead synth line, this one would be right at home in a Bicep set. Last but not least 'Purple Bells' is a jacking slice of house with amazingly tight and crisp drum programming, strong heavy pads and a wicked lead which hints to the title.

Celebrating our 3rd birthday with this fantastic release from fast rising producer Andrew Betley. The Dublin producer teams up with Marcus Zuercher for 2 of the 3 tracks on this release, including the title track. 'Use & Abuse' is built around a hypnotic driving bassline which pushes the track forward, while vocal chops and synth swirls build energy. You can't help but nod your head to this peak time weapon. Next up is 'Dyde Floor' the second collaboration between Andrew and Marcus is slightly more stripped back than the title track. This is a melodic and uplifting tech house cut, designed for earlier in the night, a true groover. Last but not least, 'Ladies & Gentlemen' is the one track on the EP produced solo by Andrew Betley. Combining super slick synth stabs with uber catchy vocals and funky driving basslines is sort of the theme of this EP, and this number certainly stays true to that. As the bassline slams back in after the break, you cant help but smile and nod your head. This one will do the business on dancefloors this summer for sure.
