Is your Cignal box stuck on Channel 1? Or, your remote is not working? We're here to help. You can perform a factory reset on your box by following these quick and easy steps.
1. Unplug your Cignal box from the power outlet.
2. Carefully unscrew the circular cable (RG6) located at the box of your box.
3. Once the cable has been removed, plug in the power source of your Cignal box and wait for it to reboot. Your TV screen will show a "No Signal" error message. When you see this, perform a factory reset.
4. Press and hold the P+ and P- buttons found on your Cignal box at the same time.
5. Reconnect the circular cable back to your box and follow the First Time Installation instructions shown on your TV screen.
6. Press OK to save the pre-selected choices for Language, Mode of Operation, Screen Resolution, Set-Up Checklist, LNB Set-Up, and Entry Point. Your box will do a quick channel scan.
7. When the Channel Scan is done, press OK to finish.
Awesome! You have successfully reset your box. Browse through your channels to check if your line-up is complete.
