n 1995. The show was an original concept developed by Tony and Ron Vincent who set out to create the show they never heard on the radio before. Growing up watching SNL and listening to local personalities like Steve Dahl, Jonathan Brandmeier and Kevin Mathews, Tony and Ron wanted to have a show that incorporated it all and much more. Their approach to skit comedy, a cast of characters and unique takes on pop culture, made them an instant hit with the college market and anyone with a sense of humor. WILDTHING Radio went on to be nominated for 2 Chicago A.I.R. Awards; “Best new show” and “Best new talent” which is an incredible achievement in a highly competitive Chicago market. In 2015, when the opportunity arose to bring WILDTHING Radio back to the airwaves, they did not even have to think twice about it. They are back with their cast of characters, skits and hilarious comedy. Now you can listen to the best show you never heard and the “controlled Chaos” each Tuesday night from 9-11 pm cst on 24/7 The Stream. Both Tony and Ron come from a back ground in Talk Radio. After a successful run of their show WILDTHING Radio in 1995, both brothers embarked on other creative paths. Tony, a musician, toured with the bands 1313 and Big Bang Radio, touring with Joan Jett, Rick Springfield, and even appearing on TV’s Star Search. Ron, an actor/comedian, performed in numerous productions and studied improv at Chicago’s famous Second City. In 2010 the brothers reunited to bring their stand up comedy routine to various venues. You'll never know what to expect, but it will definitely be entertaining! Tony and Ron are back...and Wilder than ever!
