কীভাবে আমরা পুরো নিউজ শেষ করি? কোনটার পর কোন স্টোরি ডেলিভারি দিব? কখন লাইভ করব? এগুলো কীভাবে হয়?

উত্তর হচ্ছে, এসব কিছুই সাজানো থাকে। কোন স্টোরি আগে, কোনটা পরে যাবে তা ওই বুলেটিনের দায়িত্বে থাকা নিউজ এডিটর ঠিক করেন। আর একজন প্রোডিউসার পুরো সময় আমাকে সবকিছু বলে দেন, কখন কোন ক্যামেরায় ঘুরব, কখন লাইভ করব, কখন বিরতিতে যাব, কখন ফিরব ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি। দেখে মনে হতে পারে প্রোডিউসার কীভাবে বলেন, দেখা তো যায় না! তবে কি পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকেন? না, পাশে থাকেন না। কিন্তু পিছে থাকেন। মানে একটা কন্ট্রোল রুম আছে, যেখান থেকে তিনি আমাকে সব ডিরেকশন দিচ্ছেন। রুমটাকে বলে পিসিআর (প্রোডাকশন কন্ট্রোল রুম)। আমাদের কানের মধ্যে ছোট্ট একটা ডিভাইস থাকে যেটার মাধ্যমে আমরা প্রোডিউসারের কথা শুনতে পাই। এই ডিভাইসটাকে বলে টক ব্যাক।

আমাদের বন্ধু ৪১তম ব্যাচের IPE ডিপার্টমেন্টের রায়হানের মা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ক্যান্সার আক্রান্ত। দীর্ঘ সময় নিজে নিজে খরচ চালাতে চালাতে এখন অনকটা নিরুপায়। তার মায়ের চিকিৎসার জন্য এগিয়ে আসুন প্লিজ। আর আন্টির জন্য সবাই দোয়া করবেন।

Seeking Help for my Mother (Stage 4B cancer patient)

Assalamualikum, I know it’s unexpected for me to seek fund but I have no other choices.

I am Mohammed Raihan Uddin, BUTEX IPE 41st Batch.

My mother is having cancer since 2017 and we are bearing all the expenses since then. During the period of corona She got liver metastasis (cancer stage 4) in 2020. We have given her treatments as per doctors advice. After a year it again appeared in her liver then again we have treated her as per doctors advice and then we took her to Bangkok or better treatment. The doctor of Bangkok hospital has done some checkups and biopsy test and given her oral chemotherapy. Besides, they have suggested to continue the treatment for a year. We have followed accordingly. But recently we have come to know that she got bone metastasis (bone cancer stage 4 ) along with Liver metastasis (Liver cancer stage 4) as per recent Pet Ct Scan from BSMMU ( report was taken on 4th of march 2024). Doctor has prescribed treatments and at the moment the cost has become unbearable as the it’s too high. Besides, local doctors are asking to take her abroad. Due to sole bread earner I am really unable to take all the costs. Besides I have sold the lands I had back in 2021 and 2022 to give her proper treatment. Currently I am in need of financial help to save my mother and I will be really grateful if I get any contribution. If you want to donate as Zakat that is also ok for me. As I am really in need of financial help ❤️🙏🏻

Biopsy+ radio therapy+ chemo therapy + medical admisson + air fare and hotel + doctor consultancy+ targeted chemo therapy+ endocrine+ Pet ct scan (after every single chemotherapy) = estimated cost as per doctor is near around 50lakh

The estimate cost in Bd for every chemotherapy+phesgo+endocrine therapy = 2.5 lakh each cycle. Total 18 cycle needed. In abroad it’s almost same.
