The only rules are the albums have to be metal and we have to like them. Phil's Breakfast Metal is a heavy metal discussion show. Every few weeks the hosts Phil and Rob (and occasional guests) will bring 5 albums to the table. The show aims to shine a positive light in the interesting things happening in the metal world.
