We are also a successful career launching point for our team of student journalists - since joining the Her Campus team, members have been offered jobs and internships with Glamour, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Marie Claire, The Huffington Post, MTV, The Washington Post and many more. Hey everyone! Just a quick message from the committee. We wanted to thank you all for being part of an amazing term with Her Campus. We’ve been so impressed with all of the articles published so far this year and the great turnouts we’ve had at our events! There are so many big plans for the new year and we can’t wait to tell you all about them!

One thing that will be changing is the commissions! They return on January 20th and from then will be released on Facebook fortnightly so that you have more time to write your articles and our editors have more time to look over them!

We can’t wait to see you all again in 2024, but for now have a lovely Christmas break and a happy new year! 🎄💌

You don’t need to have ever written before to write a Her Campus article, we want to hear your authentic voice!! Our editors are there to check over everything but don’t worry about not sounding ‘like a journalist’, there’s no such thing!!

We can’t wait to read some great articles now that this weeks commissions have been released on Her Campus Bristol Contributors 2023/2024 !!

Some exciting dates for your diary!

We are very excited to meet you all at the Welcome Fair on Friday (9:30am -6pm, Parry’s Lane, Clifton Downs). We’ll be in the Media and Politics tent, Stall 58.

On Saturday we’ll be releasing our first batch of commissions on Her Campus Bristol Contributors 2023/2024.

On Monday, applications will open to become one of our section editors! Get in touch or speak to us at the Welcome Fair about what these roles entail. We will also be recruiting social media managers very soon!

And finally, our first social will take place on Thursday 28th September, with more details to follow soon on our instagram .
