As we see out the last few hours of 2024 it's time to thank you all for your continued support. A massive thanks go out to all the events and places that let me join them this year, without which I wouldn't be able to continue in the same way. Special mentions to Bressingham Steam & Gardens and Norfolk Fire Museum ! Also again this year it was great to meet so many new and old faces. Now some usual boring stuff... This year I managed to pop along to 38 events, took 33236 snaps and uploaded about 9380 of those here. Sadly I had to say goodbye to one trusty camera bag and a camera, both served well for 10 years. I have also run out of storage and backup space for the snap collection so I will need to invest for next year to carry on the snapping. To give you an idea of scale over the 10 years the event snap collection alone now sits at around 397,000 ! That's a few shoe boxes ;) As we move to 2025 I wish you all a very happy and healthy new year. See you there!... I hope 😂🍻

Lovely to catch up again with the very talented musician Zoe Anderton at Holkham Hall by Candlelight this year, thanks for smuggling me in ;) It's been a few years since the last visit and now you can venture round at your own pace with the self-led ticket. Great start to the festive season, lots of christmas cheer followed by mince pie and prosecco... more on the way 🎄🌲🎄🌲🎄🌲🎄🌲

That's it for the final steam up of the year, the Charles Burrell Museum now closes for it's winter break with big plans over the winter. Well done to all the amazing volunteers who keep it going. For me the calendar is now empty unless you know different ;)

My last event, as it stands, on the calendar this year is the end of season closing of the Charles Burrell Museum in this Saturday.
