I just read the jury instructions and the closing arguments.

The judge violated the President's 6th and 7th amendment right as ruled by the Supreme Court. He instructed jurors they did not need to be unanimous.

DA Bragg
The felony charge of election interference was not placed until closing arguments. Which is also a violation of the 6th amendment.

Also federal election interference is a federal crime. New York can't prosecute a federal crime. Federal Tax violations are also a federal crime. Again not the jurisdiction of any state.

But the people who have been screaming that the court system is corrupt and the law is broken are the ones celebrating the actual proof of the things they claimed.

So since I'm being asked. Just in case you're going to claim bias. This opinion is not based in personal opinion. It's based on law.

This decision will be overturned on one basic point.

A person was tried and convicted in a state court on federal crimes. State courts do not have jurisdiction on federal laws. The state laws they claimed to be broken were misdemeanors that passed the statue of limitations. So thy linked them to federal law to create felonies. Making the trial and charges federal crimes. That makes the case a federal case and is no longer a state issue. By law the state court in New York just broke the law.

So there you go. Not my personal opinion. It is an opinion based on actual law.
