JUSTICE FOR DESTINY
I want to share my story with whomever is interested in justice in this age and time when the western world claims to be just and fair to all humans alike, when in truth they are just the same as their forefathers who made slaves out of the black race and robbed the naive black race of all their human rights. My son and entire family have been meted with a full dose of racial
discrimination in a country where we claim to be citizens, just because of our black skin. Destiny (6 years) started primary 1 in a Swedish primary school (Fornbackaskolan) on the 19th of August 2014, 3 days later I got a complaint from his teacher saying that Destiny was not being respectful in class, complains that he doesn’t listen, he talks while adults (the teachers) are talking. I apologised on his behalf and promised to have a talk with him, which I did and promised the teacher to follow up with her on his development. Barely one week later, I was called by the school authorities that Destiny had struck a teacher and we must come for an emergency meeting immediately which my husband did. We tried talking to him but he didn’t seem very remorseful and complained that he was only joking with the teacher, he didnt hit her hard, him and his friend a fellow six year old thesame boy he was fighting with when another teacher almost mamed him both struck the teacher jokingly when she tried to stop them from swinging. We made him promise not to do it again.
|The next school day Destiny went to School as usual and we were called to come quickly to the local health centre because Destiny was fighting with a classmate and got injured. On arrival at the health centre. I could hear my son screaming already from the entrance of the health facility where I met 2 teachers who told the same story of him getting injured in a fight with a classmate. Where as the same teachers had also told the the doctor at the health centre that Destiny got injured while playing football I didn’t know whom to believe. After several hours of waiting while this poor child was screaming and languishing in pain, referrals from one health facility to the other not to mention the shabby treatments we got from the health workers at the children’s hospital, we finally got an x-ray done, and the result was WOWWWWWWWW! The bone on his left leg was completely broken in two bits. That was when I realised what kind of pain my child have been going through, that was when I asked Destiny what in the name of God happened? Your leg is broken, what and how did this happen? That was when he told me how his teacher sent him away to another class because he did not behave well. He then got into a fight with a White (his friend) child in the new class and while they were fighting he was on top of the white boy kicking and striking, that was when the teacher in that class came and raised him up from the white boy and dropped him so hard on the floor that was when he felt a sharp pain and he couldn’t stand on his feet. So while he was crying of his pains the little white boy was screaming and laughing at him to shut his mouth. The teacher then told him to keep quiet that she wasn’t going to do anything to make it better. When it was closing time one 'Clock. The teachers suspected that it was something serious when he wouldn’t stop crying and couldn’t walk, they decided to call us the parents and took him to the local health centre while hoping it would be something mild so that they can get away with their lies. Only God how long this was in pain Before they could called us. We tried to make formal notification report in the hospital but met a brick wall response despite the Swedish law allows formal reports on crime against minors in the hospitals. Destiny was admitted and rushed to the hospital by ambulance several times and was unable to eat any food for over a week because of pains and the doctors refused to administer stronger pain killers claiming he was too young making him to loose over 8 pounds in his body weight in just one week. We tried to notify the police but were referred to the rector of the school. Which we did, and they tried to beg us to minimise the case so as to protect the reputation of the school and the career of the evil teacher at the expense of Destiny´s pain and justice. So we decided to notify the police anyway, through a Swedish acquaintance. However the rectors powers was able to kill the case due to a syndicate of police, attorney, supposed child protection officials as well as a conniving prosecutor to enable them close the case even before it was opened. The police interviewed Destiny almost 6 weeks after the incident knowing he is just 6 years old and is likely to forget exactly what happened since he is no longer in so much pains. Destiny is no longer under so much pains right now however he still uses clutches and uses wheel chair to get himself around making it difficult for him to walk and play for over 6 weeks now. Despite all these the police, lawyer and prosecutor still think they do not have enough evidence to convict the evil teacher or even investigate the case further let alone apologise to Destiny and his family or even give some kind of explanation rather they started treating us as if we are the wrong doers in this case. Meanwhile, dropping the case without reading the rights of Destiny, to be able to appeal if the decision is not acceptable to Destiny and his family, also denying Destiny the right to a government financed lawyer which is the right of every Swedish child. I wonder what kind of evidence they are looking for, when the evidence is staring at them. Unless the same Swedish laws that I know govern this land does not apply to Swedish citizens with coloured skin. Destiny might not have so much pain at the moment, but he will never forget the pain of this injury. My family will never forget that pain and frustration, who knows what kind of pain or complications he might have in the future as a result of this injury. Marie Selin and her accomplice must not go scot free. I will not stop blogging until JUSTICE FOR DESTINY is attained. Destiny a child that is so loved by all, and plays as much every average 6 year old have been painted to look like a monster while the evil teachers pretend to be the innocent. I guess Destiny was having crisis with racial discrimination and mobbing from fellow students as well as teachers that is why he resolved to fighting back rather than buckling in like a coward.
