Pedal, Shred & Revel is uniting Austin at the edge of change. On this page and website, we showcase local visual art, photojournalism, music, and cinematography. Austin, standing in solidarity, can invent a weird way forward for solving the inequality, food insecurity, unaffordable housing that our community faces. n June 7, 2015. In July, we are embarking on an 840 mile bike tour across the Pacific Northwest. Please, help Food, Not Bombs expand their operations so they can provide more vegan meals for homeless Austinites. Our bicycle tour will take us from Seattle WA to Oakland CA to continue fundraising for Food, Not Bombs. We will be filming, and plan to share our trip when we return. Although we cannot truly know the anguish and challenges some Austinites live with every day, Pedal, Shred & Revel will sleep outside along the tour. We will visit Food, Not Bombs chapters to learn more about what we can do as a community, determined to provide effective assistance to those in need of housing.
