I Am Crazy Chef So you need to be strong. I remember in the first season going, 'This is re****ed. Is a lot of it ridiculous? Of course it is.

The pressure on young chefs today is far greater than ever before in terms of social skills, marketing skills, cooking skills, personality and, more importantly, delivering on the plate. I can't believe they're making chefs do this.' But then it actually does show off certain skills. And at the end of the day, this is entertainment and this stuff is very entertaining. But that's what makes it interesting.
