🔸The particularly favorable climate, characterized by mild winters and cool summers, has made this area the ideal habitat for the cultivation of multiple floral varieties, but not only for the flower, this is the reason why Giovanni Senese decided to focus on his vegetable, at km 0, at a self-sustainable pizzeria.

🔸Giovanni’s philosophy of sustainability, self-production and absolute quality has led to the development of toppings with great character where seasonality, balance and clean flavors are the masters.

🔸His meticulous selection of the first fruits from the garden, local products and Slow Food presidia enhances and recounts the Italian excellence by integrating a respectful reinterpretation of tradition with Giovanni’s touch.

🔸Classic Neapolitan in shape, but constantly evolving in terms of dough and toppings. In fact, Giovanni starts from the classic shape with a pronounced crust typical of Neapolitan pizza and from there he experiments with wholemeal and semi-wholemeal flours, elaborate toppings and judicious combinations down to the smallest detail. Giovanni offers a reinterpretation of even the most traditional pizzas, his own vision of the great classics to make people savor the flavors of the past, but in a modern and completely personal way.
