Our Story

I have struggled with weight, self-love and lots of negative self-talk (like all day, every day). I was trying every diet and fitness plan out there and understanding how challenging it can be to get started. It wasn’t until I found a coach who helped me with my mindset, fitness and the way I was looking at things, that I started to change my life. I mean REALLY change and long term success!

Would you like to start a new fitness routine but have no idea where to start? I have been there. We can help you make the process a little more clear, easy to start. The biggest thing to know about a new routine is starting is the key. Keep it simple to begin, start small and build up.

I am very passionate about women’s mindset and self-awareness of the words we say to ourselves. Wellness and Fitness allow me to create a fun, inspiring and motivating environment where I can be inspired and motivated by others and help do the same. I pushed through my own limiting beliefs and starting changing my dreams to my reality. Bali and travel was a dream I had and I am so happy and proud to say I just spend six months in Bali living my dream of travel, working online, reaching more people to help live their dreams. I am confident I can help you take the steps to live your best life as well.
