Woods shines at Reinhardt University Elite Camp

2025 Perry County Central High School 1st Team All Mountain Guard Trayten Woods has made alot of noise picking up positive momentum going into the summer with his 5 star play this week in Waleska, Georgia at the Reinhardt University Elite Camp on the beautiful RU campus.

Woods received plenty of praise for his distinguished play at the conclusion of the camp from Eagles Head Coach Justin Newton amongst others. He was labeled among the top prospects at this years event that hosted some of the most elite talent from all over the East Coast.

DUE TO A TECHNICAL ISSUE AT THE FORUM, PERRY COUNTY CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE MOVING THE SENIOR BACCALAUREATE FOR THE 2024 GRADUATES TO THE PERRY CENTRAL COMMODORE SOCCER/FOOTBALL FIELD.

ALL SENIORS SHOULD ARRIVE BY 5:45 PM AND WEAR YOUR CAP AND GOWNS. THE CEREMONY WILL BEGIN AT 6 PM.

SENIORS WILL RECEIVE THEIR CORDS AND STOLES DURING THE CEREMONY

SENIORS IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE RECEIVE A FREE CHROMEBOOK AT THE END OF THE CEREMONY COMPLIMENTS OF PARTNERS FOR RURAL IMPACT.

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED

Baccalaureate will be held on Sunday May 12th at 6:00 p.m. Seniors need to wear their cap and gown to the ceremony. Also, we will be giving out cords and stoles during baccalaureate.

Perry County Central High School will be hosting its Honors Night on Thursday, May 2. We encourage all students to check the list posted outside Mrs. Cory’s door to check on an award or scholarship. If you have been awarded a scholarship, inform our guidance office and contact the college. All students are welcome to attend Honors Night to celebrate the deserving awards.
