While so many of us will be basking in the summer sun (and summer hours), Jessica Niederer will be running her organic farm, Chickadee Creek in Hopewell, NJ with her crew. We learned from Jess how taxing farming is—physically, mentally, and even emotionally. But the fourth-generation farmer is up for the challenge.
