The Blues Hall of Fame has been presenting Induction concerts throughout the US. Their mission is to honor the great musicians & artists who continually entertain us at various venues in and out of their

SLAM ALLEN - To be Inducted - Over 20 years on the NY Blues scene as a solo artist and 8 years as lead singer and guitarist for The James Cotton Blues Band, he is known for his soulful voice, dynamic guitar playing and personal connection with his audience. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix came into existence preparing songs for Aaron Professor Louie Hurwitz' ( b. Peekskill, NY) studio productions for the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame group The Band. He has performed and/or recorded with Sonny Fortune, Eddie Gomez, Clark Terry, Chip White, Michael Brecker, Chico Freeman and more. He continues to play throughout the US and the world. MICHAEL PACKER BLUES BAND - Inducted 2012 (b. NYC) A well known and respected member of the New York City Blues scene, Michael Packer is the President of The New York Chapter of The Blues Hall Of Fame. The Michael Packer Blues Band has received rave reviews in Living Blues & Blues R***e magazines. Michael has toured with the late Grammy Winner Delta blues guitarist David "Honeyboy" Edwards who knew and played along side Robert Johnson. LADY PEACHENA & THE GREAT DIVAS OF GOSPEL - To be Inducted - Founder Lady Peachena (who lives in Peekskill, NY) is a Grammy-nominated songwriter & fiery gospel singer. The quintet The Great Divas of Gospel are cast members of the play, “The Great Divas Of Gospel” which salutes the music of the pioneers of Gospel music, such as The Clara Ward Singers, Mahalia Jackson and many more. Lady Peachena has performed on “The Late Show” over a dozen times. BIG JOE FITZ - Inducted 2013 – Blues singer/harmonica. He brings soulful swinging blues to all sorts of venues in The Hudson Valley and beyond. Blues Radio Host for over 25 years at WDST Woodstock, NY.
