This year's 9th Annual Guild of Music Supervisors Conference in LA will feature amazing panels and music supervisors. Our Founder and Director will be at sharing a bit about what's going on in Latin America on "The Global Craft of Music Supervision" panel. Thanks to the and Joel C. High for this invitation. Excited to be part of this.

The Guild of Music Supervisors represents music supervisors from over 23 different countries. While the US has the largest and most developed community of music supervisors and associated businesses, production is rapidly growing in territories around the world including Brazil, India, Nigeria, South Africa and Korea. And the craft of music supervision is growing alongside production. This panel features music supervisors from Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, and The UK. The discussion will highlight the craft of supervision in these territories now as well as lay out steps to grow a more robust community within each territory

The Eternal Memory, is documentary film by which won the top prize for the World Cinema Documentary at this year’s Sundance film festival, is another beautiful project that is proud to have worked on and done music supervision for. Featuring a beautiful soundtrack of powerful songs that are an intrinsic part of the Latin American of songbook.

Chilean TV journalist Augusto Gongora and Paulina Urrutia, an
actor and former politician, who served as Minister of Culture, were married in 2016 and were together for 25 wonderful years. But in 2014, Augusto was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and his partner Paulina became his caretaker, which proved especially challenging when his symptoms began worsening during the pandemic.

Director Alberdi documents a heartbreaking and heart-warming story by giving audiences an incredibly frank and intimate look into Paulina and Augusto’s lives. Filmed over a four year period with a handful of crew, Alberdi delves into the couple’s most intimate times.
