Creamy mash, Pie, Mushy Peas, Crispy Onions all topped off with THICCC Gravy.

HOMEMADE RAMEN using the absolute BADASS kit from 🤟🍜 I’ve always wanted to make ramen at home but it’s always ended up tasting like chicken soup with some noodles and an egg 🤣

I had no idea what to expect with these kits but absolutely BANG ON.

Super simple to prepare and flavours on point! If you’re looking for a night in and fancy something different to the usual takeaway, I’d highly recommend ordering some of these gang!

This was the Classic TONKOTSU 🍜

Rich tonkotsu broth w/ shio tare
Aroma oil: garlic + negi lard
Noodles: thin hakata style
Toppings: pork belly chashu, spring onions, kikurage (wood-ear mushrooms), beni-shoga (pickled red ginger)
A cheeky jammy egg for good measure 😜💪

SMOKED//FRIED HONEY BUFFALO WINGS 🤤🍗❤️🔥

These are some of my favourite wings yet!! Brined, Smoked on the .uk and then deep fried 🤤🤤 Covered in a mix of honey and Buffalo from the og, , Sriracha mayo, coriander and lime 🤤🔥

Super crispy and the chicken just fell off the bone. I think I need to try this method with more flavours!!
