EXACTLY 1 YEAR APART \\ feel super emotional and grateful to see where I was to where I am now!

Weight aside, I feel like a completely different person. So much more confidence, happier and healthier and full of beans. I set out on this journey for others in my life but I’ve learnt over time to do it for me too! 🖤

Massive thanks to for supporting me with a plan and giving me the much needed kick up the arse to stay consistent and continuing to support me on this journey. Absolute legend.

Creamy mash, Pie, Mushy Peas, Crispy Onions all topped off with THICCC Gravy.

HOMEMADE RAMEN using the absolute BADASS kit from 🤟🍜 I’ve always wanted to make ramen at home but it’s always ended up tasting like chicken soup with some noodles and an egg 🤣

I had no idea what to expect with these kits but absolutely BANG ON.

Super simple to prepare and flavours on point! If you’re looking for a night in and fancy something different to the usual takeaway, I’d highly recommend ordering some of these gang!

This was the Classic TONKOTSU 🍜

Rich tonkotsu broth w/ shio tare
Aroma oil: garlic + negi lard
Noodles: thin hakata style
Toppings: pork belly chashu, spring onions, kikurage (wood-ear mushrooms), beni-shoga (pickled red ginger)
A cheeky jammy egg for good measure 😜💪
