After hearing all the "gurus" talk about chasing your dream, it's easy to feel like you don't fit anywhere. Maybe your dreams don’t align with what’s “approved.” Maybe they don’t fit into the mold of conventional success. But guess what? That’s okay.

After 6 kids and being a parent for 19 years, there is one thing I've discovered. Being a mom is a dream worth chasing. It’s a dream that doesn’t always get the applause it deserves. People around us may say it is not enough, but it is.

Let's be rebel moms and broaden the scope of chasing your dream. It’s not just about passion or what society tells you will bring success. Sometimes, it’s about what you do every single day—raising your tiny humans, loving them, teaching them. 💕

Remember, being a mom doesn’t have to be in opposition with building a career or pursuing other dreams. You can do both.

As homeschool parents, we have the unique privilege of crafting a homeschool curriculum that is unique to our kids. It is important to equip our kids with a solid biblical worldview, and we can easily do that with homeschool Bible curriculum.

It is time to reach out of the box and talk about a thing that plagues moms. Then, of course, debunk it. That is the idea of chasing your dreams. We hear it everywhere. We are judged for not doing it, and then there are unrealistic expectations placed on us to do it.

Let's completely challenge the conventional wisdom surrounding this popular advice. As busy moms, we know life isn’t always about pursuing a dream without limits. Or pursuing something from when we were 14. Do we really want our 14-year-old selves telling us what we should be doing now.

Dreams and passions change, and sometimes the conventional wisdom is just wrong.
