●Tuku got married to Daisy who already had her child from her previous relationship called Faith
●Daisy Mtukudzi forged a will because the family lawyer after Tuku's death announced there was no will and the process of registering a Trust had not been completed.
●Daisy put the Norton house in her daughter's name Samantha after the death of Tuku.
●Faith, Daisy's own daughter from another relationship before she met Tuku stays at Pakare Paya Arts Centre and is in control.
●Sandra inherited her father's hat only.
●Selmor inherited her father's track bottom only.
●Selmor was blocked by Daisy from entering or performing at Pakare Paya Arts Centre for 7 years until a public outcry this year 2024
