So this really is the end! The last couple of years haven't been easy for me to do Indie Rocks! as I did in the past. I tried to resurrect the passion for it earlier this year on All FM but it just didn't come back.

I'm at a point where my job takes priority, my regular life takes priority and I can't commit to a weekly show or podcast or whatever, nor do I want to. I don't know where I lost that passion but it's gone regardless. I spent 15yrs building it up and had the best time doing it and met some incredible people but I have to accept it's over and I'm good with that. I can't give any more when I don't want to.

What started as a dream became a reality and only the people who know me or those that were involved in Indie Rocks! will know what it meant to me.

Thank you to anyone that ever supported/followed me on this journey. I don't leave this journey disappointed, I leave it feeling very proud for my input in grassroots music.

Keep supporting new bands, keep supporting grassroots venues and much love to anyone that's supported Indie Rocks! since 2009!

As a certain Manchester band once said, "Don't be sad it's over, be happy that it happened"
