Starting the week off with this yummy & refreshing blend that will help you reach your fiber, protein, fruits and vegetable servings for the day.
This is definitely a good one to save and try for later! 😆
Here are the ingredients and exact measurements I used:
• 1 cup spinach
• 1 cup frozen mango (I used a large whole fresh mango instead)
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 avocado
• 2 tsp hemp seeds
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2-3 ice cubes
• 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
How do you like your smoothies?
a) Thick, chilled & refreshing?
b) Not too thick but refreshing
c) Somewhere in-between
d) Room temperature 🤨
For me, I’ll take b - not too thick but refreshing 🤤
The great thing about smoothies, is the open invitation to creativity. You are your own mixologist. You make it how you like it.

Here’s a 25 rep lower body workout. Save for later and try at home or anywhere!✨
First, grab a pair of dumbbells that challenge you, I used 25 lbs dumbbells but warmed up with 15 lbs for the first round.
It’s 5 workouts, 5 reps, 5 sets:
•Narrow Squats
•Back lunges
•Deadlifts
•Sumo squats
•Alternating Side lunges
Do all 5 workouts as one complete set. No breaks in between just like I did in the video.
Rest.
Then go again for a total of 5 times! 😈
Your legs might feel like jello immediately afterwards, but your body will love it! 🥰
Our legs house the largest muscles in the body and support us through almost every waking moment. So we have to take care of them & work those muscles 😎💪🏽
