There are 2 scenarios where ONIC Philippines secures a playoffs slot.

#1 ONIC wins their match against Smart Omega
#2 ONIC wins just 1 game against OMG, and APBR sweeps BLCK.

#2 scenario
BLCK, MNNE, and ONIC will be tied at 19 points
BLCK and ONIC will win the triple H2H tiebreaker
Total Points against each other
BLCK = 7
MNNE = 4
ONIC = 6

The reason I made the false statement that ONIC only needed to win one more game to secure a playoff spot is because of how I initially made the computation for game win rate.

Usually, the computation would be simply
the number of game wins divided by the number of games played.

Even if ONIC loses to OMG 1-2,
ONIC and MNNE would already tie in points at 19.
Their match win rate would be tied at 6-8 and
their game win rate would be computed as
ONIC 15 game wins divided by their 33 total games = 45.45%
MNNE 14 game wins divided by their 31 total games = 45.16%

I failed to factor in the additional +1 game win computation for each 2-0 match win made by the team.

The rule for game win rate and the correct computations are in the images.

The only scenario for MNNE Minana Esports to get the last slot in the playoffs is if they sweep ONIC Philippines and then Omega Esports sweeps ONIC again.

ONIC only needs to only win just 1 game to secure a playoff spot.

Edit: With the loss to MNNE, ONIC needs to win the match against Omega to secure a playoffs spot.

I'll explain my earlier erroneous calculation and the rules associated with it in another post.

TNC Pro Team - ML denies Blacklist International a chance for an upper bracket slot.

The only teams contesting for the last upper bracket slot are (APBR) Bren Esports and RSG Philippines

The only scenario for RSG to take the upper bracket slot is for them to sweet TNC and for Blacklist International to sweep APBR.

Trivia lang. Jaypee was part of the qualifying roster of DD No limit from Season 1. He wasn't able to make it to the proper roster since he was not able to come back to the PH from Japan on time for the regular season.

I am looking for Moderators for MLBB PH NET.

While the group MLBB PH News Events and Tournaments has technically a lot of moderators in it, only one person was actually doing the brunt of the work. Oftentimes doing all of it. That used to be me, but when my job and personal life kept me too busy for this task another person took on the job. Now he's decided to step down from his position.

Thank you Patrick Bautista for all your hard work.

I'm ideally looking for someone who wants the position for the position itself, but I'm willing to give some in-game items as an additional incentive.

Mods are responsible for reinforcing the rules. approving posts and new members, and generally taking care of the group's community.

I was able to start my career in esports when I became a moderator/admin of a FB group.
