MANAGER SPENDS US$3,420 LOOT ON ‘KANDEGE’

A SHIFT manager at a fast-food outlet has appeared in court for allegedly stealing US$3 420 from his workplace and squandering it on an online betting platform known as Aviator, popularly known as Kandege in street lingo.

William Gonese (28) from Chitungwiza pleaded guilty to theft charges when he appeared before Harare magistrate Lynne Chinzou.

During his plea, Gonese told the court that he committed the crime while trying to win more money to impress his new wife.

The matter was deferred to Friday for sentencing.

The complainant in the case is Simbisa Baker’s Inn, represented by audit manager Yusufu Bruce.

According to prosecutor Audrah Chitoro, on December 28 last year, at around 11am, Gonese, who, was employed as a shift manager at one of the Baker’s Inn outlets in Harare, was entrusted with a float of US$3 420 to serve customers.

However, the following day at approximately 3am, Gonese called the audit manager, confessing that he had lost US$470 in cash and US$2 950 in InnBucks deposits after using the money for online betting.

Bruce immediately went to the shop and conducted a reconciliation, which confirmed that the entire amount of US$3 420 had been misappropriated.

Nothing was recovered.

A police report was filed, leading to Gonese’s arrest.

C. Can I divorce the wife oenda hake nemwana uyu Mukuru here and ini ndoita remain with the two young girls aged 8 and 2 years ( The correct truth vana wangu handidi nawo 😭😭😭 and I can't imagine spending a day without just kungo vaona zvangu )

Please help me , as it stands now I love all my kids ( 3 of them including the child in question ) And my 8 & 2 year old daughters I would not want to live outside their lives .

If I go for B what will my family members say , the community at large .

NB : We are yet to attend DNA tests but zvinhu zvikungondidya Moyo hama dzangu & I need to plan ahead in terms of 0% results emerging

N*DES STORM : MAI T**I DAUGHTER’S Ex BEGS POLICE COMMISSIONER TO EXONERATE HIM

HARARE – The suspect in the viral leak of the n**es of Mai Titi’s daughter, Felicia Muzeya, also known as Fifi, has written to Commissioner Godwin Matanga asking the police boss to clear his name.

Through his lawyer, Amir Mhaka, aged 20, says his arrest was malicious.

He denies the n**es were ever sent to him by the 19-year-old daughter to the socialite.

In correspondence to Matanga, Mhaka’s lawyer Admire Rubaya said a lot of things have been unearthed since his arrest which require the police to further investigate.

He said investigations should start with his accuser for admitting to the crime of recording, keeping and distributing the intimate images.

Mhaka further denied receiving the n**e images or distributing them and has submitted his own cell phone to the police for cyber examination in a bid to prove his innocence.

It is his argument that Fifi’s cell phone will answer all the contentious questions including who she really sent the images to.

It is only after her mobile is examined that it can be established that she indeed sent the images to Mhaka or not, the lawyer argued.

“He (Mhaka) further asserts that instead of just examining his mobile handset only, the Police Cyber experts should also examine the complainant’s mobile phone to ascertain if there is any trace of evidence that she once sent those alleged leaked photos to the accused person.

“Our client is of the firm view that there are people who might have accessed the complainant’s n**e pictures and not him.”

Mhaka also told Matanga that several bloggers online have claimed that the teenage girl has an OnlyFans account, a platform through which intimate content is on a pay per view basis.

This, Rubaya said, requires further investigations to establish if the claims are true or not.

WIFE PLOTS WITH LOVER TO MURDER HUSBAND

A Chitungwiza woman connived with her lover to murder her husband after he found out that she was having an extramarital affair.

‌The murder plot was busted by the husband and the wife, Emily Chikwature ( pictured ) , took their four minor children and went into hiding.

Chikwature’s lover, ( pictured ) Elvis Zisengwe (22), appeared in court yesterday charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

The State said Zisengwe and Chikwature are churchmates.

Chikwature gave Zisengwe her husband’s picture and US$100, which were required by a sangoma they had engaged, to help them take out her husband.

Chikwature’s husband unearthed the plot and made a police report.
