12 to 20 reps
MUSCLE SIZE (“sarcoplasmic hypertrophy”) 肌浆肥大
6 to 12 reps
STRENGTH AND POWER (“myofibril hypertrophy”)肌纤维肥大
1 to 5 reps
Perform 2 to 5 sets
Shoulder press
Tip Friday
I recommend shoulder press first before perform side lateral raise if you are new to gym 5-6 month only.
But If u seek your shoulder to become more wider look
Train your side deltoid first
Performance 2-3sets per session.
