Jeff Rude: Hate To Be Rude Hate To Be Rude He has been known for his playful look at the game and strong, reasonable takes. While in college he caddied on the PGA Tour.

Respected multimedia storyteller Jeff Rude has covered the PGA Tour for almost three decades, including 19 years as a senior writer and columnist for Golfweek magazine. Most recently he co-hosted the nightly TV prime-time Clubhouse show on Back9Network. He also was a regular panelist on the Golf Channel’s “Grey Goose 19th Hole" show for three years and co-hosted a weekly national radio show on ESP

N in 2005-07. He has won numerous national writing awards while covering the last 81 major championships in a row and almost 100 total. An Evans Scholar, Rude graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. He has been involved in all major sports as a journalist and is an entertaining public speaker.
