Meridian Police Department, MFD, Metro, and the Lauderdale County Coroner are on the scene of a reported shooting on 46th Ave and 3rd Street in Meridian, MS. Reports say that one person has been shot. News 11 will release more details as information becomes available.

The MAX - The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience is kicking off their Hall of Fame induction with honoring the inductees on the Walk of Fame. Tonight at seven the inductees will be honored at the MSU Riley Center for Education and Performing Arts. The presentation is free this evening.
