Getting these text messages are the best. What makes me so happy about this one today is that we got off to a tough start. There was 3 hours of dancing and the classics weren’t working at all. After 30 minutes I thought to myself ‘how am I going to get people on the dance floor for the next 2.5 hours?’ I was stressing internally because I care so much and want everyone to have a great time. The bride came over shortly after this thought and we had a GREAT 60 second conversation that helped me gameplan the rest of the night. I ended up playing 20+ songs I never play at weddings but the dance floor was packed the rest of the night. Felt more like I was djing at than a wedding last night and it was a blast!
