My foot is not broken… so we worked hard today💪! It’s been a month and a half since I started working with and I’ve never felt stronger in my life. It seems like health and fitness is all about the lifestyle tweaks. A little tweak here, a little tweak there and over time, it makes a difference. I’m no professional…. But I’ve learned so much and am so proud of myself. Very thankful for my trainer who pushes me waaaaaaay harder than I’d ever push myself! I can’t wait to see where I am in the next month and a half. Cheers to health and having fun in the gym! 🥂

🪩My previous therapist (of 5 years) told me many times, that anxiety and depression are like waves. You can feel it starting up….. then it peaks….. and eventually…… it passes. Every time. Even when I truly thought in my soul that it would never end…. It always did. She was right. I ran into a quote a couple weeks back that said “All waves eventually pass”…. It’s kinda like the “this too shall pass “ thing- but better. I’ve been talking for years with about having her tattoo me (we’ve been buddies for 12 years) but I haven’t been able to commit to anything. So when I went up to Palmdale to get the new car, I stopped by to visit her and she just so happened to be tattooing…. So I just so happened to get my first tattoo. Sounds like something I would do. 🤌🏼 During this season of my life, this tattoo is a beautiful daily reminder that all waves eventually pass, all seasons eventually change and that it’s all gonna work out.

Today, I enjoyed being a “Yes Girl”! Be careful what you ask me to do these days… I might just say yes! Instagram brought me and my friend Katie back together 🫶. She asked if I wanted to come check out her garden and I said- YESSSSS! We had a front yard hang out today and enjoyed gingerbread chai lattes (yes you need to try that), deep conversations, lots of laughing, reminiscing about high school days, and of course- a garden tour! Best day ever 🤌.

My soccer boy! Third soccer season finished and I couldn’t be more proud. He’s improved sooooo much since he started because he practices pretty much every day. He’s passionate about soccer and I admire that! He’s also a gentle soul out on that field. I can’t wait to see where soccer takes you Bentley- I love you son!!! I’ll be forever screaming on the sidelines for you (and all your teammates-by name) 😘 🫶⚽️

Blast from the PAST! Today, I took my kids to the church I grew up at 🫶. I went there from when I was a baby, all the way through college! Taking my kids was a trip! They got to walk the same halls as I did at their age. I even did a Live while I was there and it’s on my IG page now if you wanna watch me run away from Hollywood Blvd like a 🐓🐓😜

Goodbye Fillmore 🫶. You’ve been sooooo good to us. To all my neighbors who became some of my closest friends. There are no words. From the bottom of my heart I love you all so much. I will miss our little Fillmore family we have had. Living daily life with you guys has been such an unexpected gift for me. Even though there’s tears, I’m just thankful for the fact that we’ll only be 45 mins away and can still have our porch dates 😜. NOW- on to my parents amazing neighborhood and support system they have. Tearing up just thinking about how GOOD PEOPLE ARE TO ME. 🫶🤯😘 Moving alone is weird…. But I was not at all alone today.

Dear … you have brightened my day every time I come to Starbucks here in Fillmore for 2.5 years. Now that I’m moving out of town, I just have realized more than ever that THE most important thing to invest in is PEOPLE. It’s not about material possessions in life, it’s about loving people and being kind. I just wish the world could be more like Rayleen. Always kind, even though I’m sure she has her own life struggles going on, she has chosen to show kindness over the top to me consistently. Peace and love to you 😘🫶😭
