So many awards were received, including the Gold Crown Award by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association that POLISHED produced including The Digital Age and Living with Color.

Obsessed with these floral heels🌼🌸💐🌷
The clothing brand has rebranded in honor of Beyoncé’s new album.👖🐝One of the songs on this album is titled “Levii’s Jeans.” This specific song has created a lot of buzz with how close it is to the brand’s name. Levi’s changed its name shortly after the tracklist was released, and added an extra “i” to match the spelling in the new song. Not only this, but they also changed their logo and bio to show support. Levi’s has been very supportive throughout the advertising of the album. They even left a comment on one of her posts sharing their excitement. As of today, the album is now out and ready to be listened to. There’s no doubt that this new song will give the brand some attention. Post Malone is also featured on the song, and he has worked with Levi’s a lot in the past. He’s been seen wearing lots of custom pieces from them. We’d love to hear what you think of this temporary rebrand, as well as the album!

This accessory is taking over 2024 and it’s one that is easily accessible to everyone! Headbands have been slowly becoming more popular again and it seems they’re reaching their peak. Celebrities like Bella Hadid are taking part in this trend, and headbands were even featured in fashion week. Dior had this accessory being worn by models in their Dior Men fall 2024 menswear collection. They were also seen all over Paris Fashion Week as well as Copenhagen. It’s an accessory that is super easy to find and comes in colors and patterns made for everyone! Do you think you’ll be partaking in this trend this upcoming spring/summer season?

Boho Chic is Back?!.. presented a beautiful fall/winter 24 collection recently and presented what many fashion magazines are calling the “re-birth” of Boho Chic!

Buckle up, new trend alert!!
One trend that the fashion shows have brought us is belts. Specifically, wearing multiple at a time. Many designers including Michael Kors and Peter Do showed off this trend in their designs for NYFW.
Now, this trend is making its appearance on and off the runway. Brands like Jaded London, Urban Outfitters, and Zara also have designs incorporating this trend.

Halfway through Paris fashion week and we have been seeing some incredible looks! Can’t get enough of the sheer trend we’ve been seeing a lot. Also loving the comeback of cheetah print, and seeing it on the runway confirms that it’s coming back in full swing!

With Milan Fashion Week just wrapping up, it's safe to say what are some hot trends of this year. Versace models adorned and recreated some famous 80s hairstyles and makeup looks. Ferragamo, Tom Ford, Bottega, Versace, and Diesel all kept the Matrix look with the long trench coat style at an all-time high, and we're here for it.
Recycling products scattered the runways to add this unusual look with negative reviews from previous shows covering screens as well.

Animal print is a trend that has been going in and out for years. Every few years this trend seems to recirculate in some form. Recently it has been making a comeback with cheetah and leopard prints, and has been slowly taking over feeds on all platforms. With the weather being so cold, it has been an especially common print on fur jackets. It will be exciting to see how this trend evolves and how long it lasts. With the big game just around the corner, fans are gearing up in a new and unique way. Instead of classic merch, people are gravitating more towards vintage and reworked sportswear. Kristin Juszczyk is one of the huge contributors to this! She is a self taught designer that is known for her fabulous upcycled designs. Recently she has gained traction due to the puffer jacket that Taylor Swift was seen wearing at one of the games, and now has a licensing deal with the NFL!

Last week, Copenhagen Fashion week was in full swing. A fleet of fashion week attendees flocked the city with a wide range of takes on street style. Huge, massive faux fur coats were all the rage with baggy pants. All eyes were on Copenhagen.
