On Sept. 21, 2022 attorneys for Daniel Holtzclaw accusers; Barnes, Bowen, Copeland, Hill, Johnson, Ligons, Lyles and Morris, filed a "Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice."

In effect, the lawyers for Holtzclaw accusers are asking a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit, they brought, and to dismiss it "with prejudice" - meaning it can never be filed again!

The huge payday Daniel Holtzclaw's accusers were counting on appears to be just a signature away from dissolving completely!

While this is excellent news on one front for Daniel Holtzclaw, it is disappointing that lawyers for Holtzclaw will now not be able to cross-examine each of his accusers under oath, in light of new evidence of Holtzclaw's innocence.

This pending dismissal, however, does allow the Holtzclaw family, his supporters, and myself to focus singularly on Daniel's eventual exoneration.

The accuser’s lawyers have filed a motion, asking the judge to dismiss the federal civil lawsuit against Daniel Holtzclaw. This means the accusers are giving up their fight for what they thought was going to be a huge payday.
