We finally found a way to make chores more fun! We made these chore tokens! The kiddos draw a few a day and it's a big surprise which coin will be drawn!
These are great Christmas gifts for the family that wants to get those chores done and have more fun doing it!

Most of you know
I just started working for a company called kidlink!
We work with children and families in Dcs foster care but kidlink gives the families and children extra support where needed!

Most of you also know, I’ve got a lotta years working with different agencies and foster/adoption ins and outs!

I’m amazed every day….and can’t say enough good things about the support Kidlink gives their foster parents and children!

Last week our agency got calls for new borns, siblings, school age, teens….every day…all day long….Tennessee is in a crisis! Major need for foster parents!!!!!

We need more families because kids don’t have the support they need! They are sleeping in offices, temp buildings, temp houses all over our state! I thought I knew but now that I’m working in this….I was still living in a bubble..my eyes have been opened and my heart is broken knowing children are in huge need!

Elizabeth is a sweet young lady who loves to draw, paint, read, and color in her spare time. She enjoys taking the dogs in her foster home for walks. Elizabeth likes to play her Nintendo DS, play with her dolls and basketball. She is a fan of Dr. Seuss. Elizabeth's favorite foods include pizza, shrimp, tacos and barbecue. She does not like carrots or broccoli. Elizabeth likes listening to Christian and Kids Bop music. Her favorite television shows are Bunked and T.O.T.S. Elizabeth enjoys attending church and is very involved. Elizabeth would love to find her forever family.
