Thankful 😌 for this life.

For over a decade, One of my affirmations has been: I am at the right place, at the right time, with the right people, and it’s affording me the right opportunities.

I don’t say it daily anymore as I used to back in 2009-2014 but when I feel stressed or need a pick me up, I definitely repeat it.

While in Vegas, I was actually managing a Conference that I helped plan.

I believe my newest title is Corporate Planner 💪🏾

When I first learned that my guy would have a 14 day spring break, I initially was like ohhh my God, how will I ever get any work done.

Thankfully, I was able to shift that mindset swiftly. This job will replace me but I’m irreplaceable to my children.

It’s been the best 2 weeks with him. I’m so thankful I could be home with him the entire break.

We enjoyed ourselves!

It’s been an answered prayer to show up for our children.

Attending my son’s book fair, helping him and his classmates with selecting their books 📚 was so fulfilling for me.

Those kindergartners were active baby!

I hope I can always keep his love for books/reading going on and on!

Heyyy y’all!

Before I took this picture, I was sitting at my desk wanting to create content but remembered I hadn’t put on any makeup 💄 & was feeling like how can I record a video without makeup. 😩😩

I pushed through my own doubts & insecurities & recorded 2 YouTube videos.

This isn’t a post saying that I’m never wearing makeup. Lol. I love makeup.

I will continue to beat this face continuously lol.

I just hate the pressure I feel to always be on.

Some days after getting my children dressed, fed, my mom dressed & fed, I just wanna pull up bare faced & chillin.

Soooo I’m sharing this victory with y’all.

I’m so proud of myself.

We would like to introduce the host of the , ! She’s a realtor, educator, wife, mom, and so much more! She’s a UNC-Charlotte graduate and a member of the illustrious Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Jessica was the perfect person to host the conference because of her experience as an educator, entrepreneur, public speaker and mental health advocate. We can wait to see the sauce she brings and adds to the conference 😊

We all should laugh more.

This was on Carnival Liberty & we went to 2 comedy shows 🎭 because I love to laugh.

I remember I was struggling with postpartum anxiety real bad after my first son, baybeeee I played me some Bernie Mac on YouTube while nursing 🧑‍🍼 and my mood was better after just a few minutes. 🤣🤣🤣

Try it out with your favorite comedian!!!

I ran into a HS friend & they said “Jessica, you’ve always been a shining light. 20 years later & you still have that.”

What a beautiful compliment?! ☺️

I love that people can feel my energy. I really love pouring into others. 💜

I remember a college friend that thought my energy was a facade because that’s what she was used to.

She was like why are you always complimenting people and listening to their problems?

Lol I really mean what I say when I pass every compliment & if I can help someone have a better day, then I will do that every time.

That’s just me.

This energy has helped me in Real estate and will continue to provide as I lead my Mom First Course.
