I can't say enough good things about The DJ Company. We had our wedding at Lincklaen House in October '24, which is a small, old hotel. Everything from the ceremony to the reception was held in various rooms on the first floor of the hotel, and the music was managed beautifully!
What struck me the most about Bobby was his ability to help me AND the venue with time management. He really went above and beyond here. There were a few instances where the venue was running a bit behind our intended schedule - no one's fault - everyone was having a great time and enjoying themselves, so sometimes it took a bit longer to wrangle our guests in! In these instances, Bobby informed us of what was happening and proposed what we should do next to keep things moving.
For example - per Bobby's recommendation (this was an unexpected game-day decision), we decided to allow guests to take slices of cake off of the dessert table instead of being served cake while seated as originally intended. That way, we could move on to the first dance/father daughter dance BEFORE the photographer's time was up (it was almost time for him to go). Brilliant, amazing, showstopping, THANK YOU!
Besides the logistics, the DJ-ing itself was fabulous and fun, he followed our requests to a tee, and he even took some of our guests requests, which I thought was very nice!
Bobby, you were such an important part of our day, and I can't thank you enough for making our day so special and memorable. If you ever need a spokesperson, we gotchu! THANK YOU! :)
