Through six years, four series, and twenty-five cities, John Finnemore’s Cabin Pressure has regaled us with the delightful and gut-bustingly hilarious adventures of a little airline - nay, airdot - known as MJN air. We’ve learned so many things from this airdot’s very special crew over the years. Things like, at what number of passengers it becomes compulsory to carry at least one flight attendant
on board an airplane (19!), what you should call a female bear (a sow!), and, of course, how to play Yellow Car (“You’ve got to say ‘yellow car’ when there’s a yellow car.”)
But all good things must come to an end - and so, to, must Cabin Pressure. The show’s finale Zurich will be aired as two thirty-minute episodes to be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24. And even though we’re sad to see this radio show come to an end, we are ready for it. But we could be even more ready. By listening to the show in its entirety leading up to the Zurich broadcast - one episode a day, Advent-Calendar style. Wouldn't that just be brilliant?
