I have now finished my time at Nub News and will shortly be returning to Yorkshire to be with family.

Technically, I actually finished last week, but for the past ten days or so, I provided a reduced 'holiday coverage.'

Pandemic-era aside, over the past 4 years I have had a great time living in Grantham, which has many great people and I have made good friends here.

Thank you all for your support and I wish everyone good health and all the success for the future.

Another delight that Grantham has is Julianos. It was my first visit tonight in nearly 2 years and the food was as excellent as I remember it. Anyway, with the plenty of customers, the fine atmosphere, it was like old times. I may only have a few weeks left in Grantham, but would like to go again, unless I return to Piccolo Venezia just down the road, which is also wonderful Have you been lately? Which is best?

It really was a feast of delights at the Siam Garden on Monday. The buffet was excellent and it brought back fond memories of pre-pandemic days. All the customers were enjoying themselves, as did I. I was so full I did not need breakfast in the morning. Did you go? What did you think? You should go and enjoy the lovely food and service.
