(Please Read) Yesss! This is one thing all of my special needs parents can agree on. Raising a special needs child although it has its rewards can become quite overwhelming & alienated. The amount of love, care, patience, and tenderness we show our children is abundant and infinite. We must center ourselves so we can recharge and raise our children exhibiting our best.
Walks in nature is one of the ways I bring myself back to center. Mental health plays a major role and this is a conversation many don't speak about. But babyyyy I absolutely will. I'm stepping back here on this platform for a purpose. Mental health will be a huge part of my platform. My story is wild but it's also inspiring. And it's about time I stop running away from it.
My hopes and prayers is that I reach those that have came through the other side of extreme trauma and abandonment. I have a story to tell. May you find hope in it. 🙏🏾❤️
