10 o’clock and you’re sitting on TikTok,
Little feet swinging, lost in the clock.
Swiping and scrolling with curious eyes,
Dancing with filters under digital skies.

Your cereal’s soggy, the cat’s on the bed,
Mom calls your name but you’re shaking your head.
One more video, then maybe you’ll eat,
You’ve mastered the shuffle with quick little feet.

Your room’s a spaceship, a jungle, a zoo,
Yet somehow the screen keeps calling to you.
“Just five more minutes,” you sweetly plead,
Caught in a loop of likes and speed.

But outside the sun is painting the street,
And trees are waving to the beat.
Your bike is waiting, your sneakers too —
A world of wonder outside that view.

So dance, my darling, and laugh online,
But don’t forget the world is fine —
In messy hair, in bugs and chalk,
Not just at 10 when you’re lost in TikTok.

Watching old memes with a smile on your face.
It’s 10 o’clock and you’re deep in the ’Gram,
Posing with filters, jam after jam.
It’s 10 o’clock and you’re back on Snap,
Sending weird faces with your bedtime cap!
