A new year has begun, and we want to pose this simple question to you: What is one thing you can do for yourself in the new year?
We know that this time of the year is often one filled with lengthy lists and resolutions, but we want to soften things and ask what is just one thing you could do?
Maybe it's starting a meditation practice.
Or beginning each morning with warm lemon and honey water.
Maybe it's committing to moving your body at least a few times a week, in whatever way your body calls to be moved.
Maybe it's starting a new hobby.
Maybe it's reading a book you've been meaning to.
