The Jewish Journal covers our release of Tom Lehrer's (I'm Spending) Hanukkah in Santa Monica and A Christmas Carol, and we couldn't be happier!

In the 1950s and ‘60s, Tom Lehrer, a Jewish musician, satirist and mathematician, rose to prominence with hits like “The Elements,” "Poisoning Pigeons in the Park,” “The Hunting Song” and “The Irish Ballad.”

It is currently only available at live shows, though some brick & mortar stores probably still have inventory as well (Recycled Sounds, Rainy Day Records, Vintage Vinyl - St. Louis). We have an announcement coming in the next week or so, though, so don't fret & sit tight if you want a vinyl copy.

From Sam: When I first started doing comedy I drove a 2003 Kia Spectra. I drove it over the hills through the snow, I did shows that I shouldn't have done in places that were hard to get to, for much less money than I should have taken. Fast forward to now.I don't have a 2003 Kia Spectra anymore. I'm doing comedy full-time and I signed a record deal with Stand Up! Records. I recorded my first album at the Capitol Theater about 2 years ago. Now I'm actively working on my second album and we're trying to figure out a name. In this video you can see me talking to Dan Schlissel the CEO/Founder of my label. I was in Minneapolis at the warehouse signing records and did this show while I was there.
