MEAL PREP SUNDAY!
We have more commitments than usual this week with kids sports, coaching calls and zooms. And I’m starting a new program tomorrow, so bigger prep today. No veggies because I haven’t been to the market lol but lots of protein to get us started. We will finish the veggies we have already cooked in the fridge.
Also have 1.5kg of chicken simmering away in the slow cooker to put in containers in the morning.
I needed to get some high protein breakfasts done for myself. I’ve found I feel much better through the day when I have protein rather than the old toast and vegemite.
Midweek meal prep with veggies will be done on Wednesday. 💥
