A fit worker or entrepreneur is a signal of mental sharpness, self-care, and discipline.

The era of out-of-shape entrepreneurs is behind us. Taking care of your body and mind is synonymous with success.

Sometimes, the environment we find ourselves in doesn't support these goals. We need to change our surroundings to be with the right people (we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with) and the right incentives (gyms, healthy food, etc.).

I know this struggle personally. Since COVID, I gained 30kg and haven't been able to shed it.
