Last weekend was nothing short of amazing! We had the incredible honor of flying to DC, as Honorees at the Power 50 Under 40 award ceremony! 🎉

Moments like these remind us not only of our individual growth but also of how far we’ve come together. We are endlessly grateful for this journey we’re on together. It’s amazing to celebrate how far we’ve come, and we look forward to the bright future ahead of us!

We give God all the glory for these beautiful blessings and can’t wait to continue making an impact together. Here’s to progress, unity, and the ongoing journey of inspiring others! ✨💖

Although this is Kurt’s SECOND time winning this award, we are privileged to have won together this year. We started our journey seven years ago building our brand from an idea on a napkin to being one of the Top Startups in the World by . From hosting boot camps in Kiwanis Park to creating our CoupleyFit™️ App and Virtual Health Club, we have put in the hard work, sweat, and most certainly, the tears to be where we are today.

This honor means so much to us. We can’t wait for the awards ceremony next Thursday - stay tuned! 🥳

We led an impactful ForbesBLK Summit Service Day wellness workshop at Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs supported by Walmart Business.

We empowered attendees with the tools to prioritize their well-being and create generational health. Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Service Day event, and helped donate to RICE, the largest incubator for Black Businesses in the country.

Wow, time flies! We started CoupleyFit just three months after our wedding 😅. But let’s be real, we didn’t truly celebrate until we posted our first photo to IG because if it’s not on Social Media, did it really happen?!

Check out what we’ve learned along the way👇🏽

- Building a brand takes double the time, double the patience, and double the money
- Always come back to your “Why”
- Authentic storytelling is key to building a community
- If you’re not willing to put five years in without making money, don’t do it
- Sacrifices of time, money, friends, family, and more are a prerequisite
- Invest in collaboration over competition
- Your follow-up game has to be STRONG (80% of people don’t follow up)
