China Pig Records Sydney based independent record label specialising in limited edition vinyl. Music has a transcendent beauty which is beyond reason that gets into your soul.

It can be a wiry guitar line, an imperfect harmony, a wry lyrical phrase or a sound that prickles the skin. It's the shake of Jagger's hips, the scratch of Albini's guitar or the roar of Aretha in full flight. It is indescribable but when you hear it, see it, feel it, you know it's real. Tonight, at the Golden Barley Hotel, The Nature Strip will play songs from these records. Yes, one of these things is not like the others, as we launch our cover of Sparklehorse’s Rainmaker.

Peter Marley and I write the songs and in The Nature Strip we play them with lovely and talented fellow Scorps Jess Ciampa and Matt Langley.
