Honestly, it’s getting less easy but I must remain vigilant with my goals, never give up, never back down. Fighting through the pain and prepare for crash (inflammation) before it happens means I have to eat correctly, avoiding processed foods that will inflame my body. Funny thing is that even when I do all the right thing I might still feel aches and pains; fatigue but I think to myself how would I feel if I didn’t do all the right things. I’d feel even worse. I’m currently dealing with Hashimoto, and it feels as though my body is working against me. I will never give up on my goals which is to stay active and be strong.
